Online applications are invited for the following Grade-IV post as shown below under the establishment of the principal cum chief superintendent, Assam Hills Medical College & Research Institute, Diphu which will be available of the official website of Directorate of Medical Education, Assam ( www.dme.assam.gov.in ) from 6.7.2019 to 21.7.2019 till mid night.

Reservation: Reservation of posts for women candidate and person disability candidates will be as per prevailing government rule.
Educational Qualification : Class VIII pass
Age : 18 years to 44 years as on 01.01.2019.
The upper age limit for different reserved categories is relaxable as per existing government rule.
Salary scale: Rs.12000-Rs.37500/M, Garde pay 3900 Rs.
How to apply :
1. Interested candidates shall have to fill up the online application forms is available at the official website of Directorate of Medical Education, Assam ( www.dme.assam.gov.in ) from 06.07.2019 to 21.07.2019 till mid night.
2. The following documents in original will have to be produced at the time of document verification and photo of all certificates are to be submitted :
(a) 2 copies of recent passport size colour photographs with duly self attested.
(b) HSLC certificate or Birth certificate for age proof.
(c) All marksheets and pass certificates
(d) Cast certificate
(e) PRC ( Permanent Residents Certificate )
(f) Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
(g) Certificate of training Extra curricular etc.
3. Detailed list of eligible candidates for each post along with the written test shall be notified in due course of time and shall be displayed in the official website of Directorate of Medical Education, Assam ( www.dme.assam.gov.in ). The date of uploading in the website shall be published in the local newspaper for information of the eligible candidates.
4. Assam Hills Medical College & Research Institute , Diphu is established in notified area of karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and this district has population speaking various local tribal languages. In order to ensure smooth communication between the local patients and Hospital staff, candidate conversant with the local languages is important for smooth functioning of the college and the Hospital. Keeping this in view, the candidate how knows local languages will be given preference and a skill test and language test shall be conducted among the shortlisted candidates consisting of 15 marks after the written test is over .
