DHS(FW) Assam Exam date and admit card 2019 - official update

Additional secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department,Assam Cum-Director of health services Assam has issued a notification regarding the exam date and admit card for the post of computer/field & Evaluation Worker,LD Assistant , Field worker, Social worker & Grade IV , in the establishment of Directorate Of Health Services, Family Welfare, Assam 2018-19.

This is general information for the written OMR test for the posts of Computer/Field & Evaluation Worker, L.D Assistant,Field worker, Social Worker & Grade-IV, in the establishment of  Directorate Of Health Services, Family Welfare, Assam , as per advertisement in newspapers on 02-11-2018 & 03-11-2018 vide Janasanyog/DF/2882/18 and also online at www.dhsfw.assam.govt.in on 03-11-2018 vide HSFW/Esst/13/pt/2013/8823, dated 01-11-2018,is scheduled to be held on 27th january, 2019 at 9 districts in the state.

Exam Date Fixed : 8th September, 2019 (Sunday)

Examination Time Schedule :

1. 09:30 - 11:00 am - Field worker
2. 12:30 - 02:00 pm - Computer/LDA/Field & Evaluation Worker
3. 03:30 - 05:00 pm - Grade - IV

Venue of Examination :

Kamrup(M), Guwahati, Nalbari, Nagaon, Cacher, Bongaigaon, Dhuburi, Lakhimpur, Dibrugarh, Jorhat.

Admit Card:

(Computer/LDA/Field & Evaluation Worker) : From 1 September onward

(Field Worker/Social Worker) : From 1 September onward
