1. This call letter with the above mentioned Roll No. is your ADMIT CARD for the written Examination.
2. Bring this call letter to the examination hall along with
(a) Any photo ID Card.
(b) Black ball point pen for answering questions.
3. Mobile Phone, Pagers, Calculators or any other gadgets are not allowed in the examination hall.
4. Use of eraser in any form is not allowed. So do not bring any eraser, solid or liquid, to the examination hall.
5. No candidate shall be allowed to enter the Examination Hall 15 minutes after commencement of the examination.
6. Candidate coming without this call letter won’t be allowed to enter the Examination Hall under any circumstance. So
take a printout of this call letter and bring it on the day of examination.
You may also note that.:
(i) Total Marks of Written Test: 100 (100 questions, 1 Mark for each question. No Negative Marking).
(ii) Duration of Examination: 2 Hours
(iii) Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
(iv) Questions shall be on General Knowledge, Social Studies, Science, English and General Mathematics of Class VIII
standard.
N.B.
Candidate who does not have the minimum educational qualification and whose age is not within the prescribed limit as
mentioned in the Advertisement No. Janasanyog/D/6193/18, dated 30/10/2018, Janasanyog/D/7336/18 dated
21/12/2018 and subsequent Corrigendum No. Janasanyog/D/7501/18 dated 25/12/2018 need not appear in the
examination. The candidature of such candidate who appears in the examination shall be rejected at any point of time
after detection of his/her ineligibility.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to furnish all information correctly. Any information given by the applicant if found
to be false or any ineligilibility criterion is detected at any stage later on shall make him/her disqualified from the written
examination with all its associated consequences.
