Application s are invited in standard forms as per prescribed in the first page of Part IX of Assam Gazette for filling up the following sanctioned vacant posts of Grade-III in the Amalgamated Establishment of the Deputy Commissioner. Karbi Anglong, Diphu.
Vacancy details:
1. Junior Assistant
No of posts: 1
Salary: Rs.14,000 to 49,000, Grade pay- Rs.6,200
Educational Qualification:
(a) The minimum educational qualification of the candidates shall be Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce from University recognized by the State Government or a Degree equivalent thereof and recognized by the Central Government.
(b) Candidates must have proficiency on basic Computer application like MS Windows, Linux, Mac Excel, Power Point, DTP (English/Assamese) and internet etc. Candidates rnust possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer application from Institutes recognized by the Government.
2. Stenographer
No of posts: 1
Salary: Rs.14,000 to Rs.49,000, Grade pay- Rs.6,200
Educational Qualification:
(a) The minimum educational qualification of the candidates shall be Graduate In Arts, Science or Commerce from University recognized by the State Government or a Degree equivalent thereof and recognized by the Central Government.
(b) Candidates rnust have proficiency on basic Computer application like MS Windows, Linux, Mac Excel, Power Point, DTP (English/Assamese) and Internet etc. Candidates must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma In Computer application from Institute recognized by State or Central Govt.
(c) The candidates must have short hand diploma from any Govt. recognized institution.
* He / She must Having Registration in the Employment Assam.
* Candidates should be well versed in state official language.
Age: He/She must not be or more than 44 years of age as age limit is relaxable by 5 years in and persons with disabilities and MOBC. The age of the candidates basis of Birth Certificate/Matriculation Certificate issued by a recognized other documents shall be acceptable purpose.
How to apply:
(a) For both the post a Candidate is required to apply in Govt. Prescribed standard form and submit the completely filled up form in the Drop Box at Room No. 11 in the D.C's Office, Karbi Anglong, Diphu during all office working hours up to 5 P.M. of 08/11/2019 (Friday).
(b) Candidates are required to furnish self attested copies of the latest passport size photograph (2 Copies), Admit Card/Passed Certificate & Mark Sheet of HSLC Examination & Graduate Examination , Medical Certificate (Hearing, Impaired). If physically disable.
(c) In case of the candidates already employed must apply through proper channel with No Objection Certificate (NOC)from appropriate appointing / Controlling authorities.
(d) A self addressed envelope (size 22x10 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5.00 only will have to submit at the time of submission of the application.
